Learnt to modify your thoughts and actions, and transform them into positive behavior so that you can achieve your goals.

Technique to help with motivation:

1.Decide on an undesirable emotional state, such as lack of motivation.

 

2.Think of the emotional state you would like to achieve, such as motivation.

 

3.Think of an emotional; state that is somewhere between the two, such as interested.

 

4.Write all three on a separate piece of paper.

 

5.Write about your everyday challengers that really binding your emotion or mentally and physical   boundaries.

 

6.Write any given moment that really effect you deeply.

 

7.Express your true feelings out and cry if you need to cry.

 

8.Express everything until you find that there is nothing to let go.

 

9.Then read out loud your expression, and understand the inwards qualms or thrill.

 

10.Then throw away the paper and write what you need to improve yourself.

 

11.Decide what you want and then construct an affirmation around it. For instant you want to lose weight, repeat :’ I am ready to be beautifully slim and healthy.’ Or, if you want a promotion, repeat: ‘ I am ready to be promoted.'

 

12.  Always think in the present and use positive phrase.

 

13.  Every time you can feel a negative thought coming on , substitute it quickly with an affirmation.

 

You will found that every part of unsatisfaction been release through this wonderful moment. This moment of healing, you are communicating to yourselves and try to understand yourselves; furthermore you will be focusing into positive thoughts after all those expressions. By releasing your emotion you are getting yourself together and become more energetic and positives towards life. Get some exercise and get some hobbies that you really love to do...

 

If you need to repeat the whole process several times, as long as you you need .You should gradually notice that you are choosing to spend less time in the unmotivated state which make you feels better. The more on the motivated state of mind. The more you exercise , the more your subsconscious will draw you to positive, or motivated state . In turn , this will make you feel generally more motivated.

 

Draw on this exersice whenever you next need to feel motivated to get going on a new project. Just imagine the positive state that corresponds to motivated and your feelings will subsconciously follow.

 

Create an achor

A useful way to keep motivated is to create your own personal ‘anchor’ .You can do this by  first accessing a positive state of mind . Imagine for a few minutes the last time you felt really happy, confident and positive. Remember those feelings and at the same time choose your ‘anchor’- a physical trigger such as pulling your forefinger, or crossing your fingers. Next time you want to put yourself in a positive frame of m,ind, use your anchor and that good feeling will come flooding back.
