Apply warm compress before applying this treatment.

Yoghurt mask 

Unless you are allergic to dairy products, one of the most beneficial substances to use as a face pack or any area that needed for this applications (live, natural yoghurt) without additives , help all skin types, particularly excessively dry or oily skin. You will need about 2 teaspoonful of yoghurt which you then apply to face and neck (spot area) and leave on for ten to fifteen minutes . Rinse off with plenty of cool water.(monthly)

Clay

applied as a face or body pack , clays draws out impurities and promotes rapid healing of inflammed tissues,it is very drying and best used for oily and spot prones causes by acneous skins.

Green Clay

is the finest i like to recommended here, the next best is fuller's earth , mix 1 teaspoonful of green clay or fuller's earth with one teaspoon of spring water to make a paste, Apply to clean skin , avoiding the delicate eye area, and leave on for ten minutes, Rinse off with warm then cool water. (monthly)

You can then dab the spot with undiluted tincture of calendula , continue to apply several times until spots dries out. , you can also advocate dabbing spots with a drop lavender essential oil or tea tree essential oil....  pls be careful only dab with cotton bud on the effected area's...

Also ,spray lavender floral water or rose floral water at the effected area's at lease 3 times per day ,its help to stimulate skin repair .Nutritional supplements:

One garlic capsule, 500gm Vit C, 2x15mg Chelated zinc gluconate may be taken daily for as long as necessary.

Further suggestions: Moderate sunbathing (one hour a day maximum)plenty of fresh air and exercises...If feeling stressed,if no significant improvement after three months , seek professional advice..
