What do men need, nutrition-wise?
It takes all sorts of nutrients to feed the male hormonal system, and some foods are better than others. More than one doctor has said that any food that is good for the cardiovascular system is good for erectile function. But this is also true of other areas of the body, including muscles, hands, feet, hair, lungs and prostate gland.
The following recipe combines these important nutritional features:

Salmon Casserole Ingredients:
• 2 cups organic broccoli spears, cooked and drained
• 2 tablespoons organic butter
• 2 tablespoons organic flour
• 1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/4 cups heated organic milk
• 1 tablespoon dry sherry, optional
• 1 can (16 ounces) salmon, picked over and separated into chunks
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon fine dry organic bread crumbs
• 1 organic orange
• brazil nuts
Directions:
- Place cooked broccoli in a lightly buttered, shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium low heat, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until sauce mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Remove from heat; stir in sherry, if using.
- Top broccoli with the salmon chunks.
- Pour sauce over salmon.
- Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle over sauce.
, or until topping is golden brown and salmon casserole mixture is bubbly.
- Add a handful of brazil nuts and adorn the plate with slices of organic oranges.
